No secret formula and no negotiation. Our pricing is based on three fair principles: the scale of your jurisdiction (population), what you actually use (the number of concurrent users) and an adjustment for the country's GDP. Together they produce a price that fits your organization — and that you know in advance. ### Do we pay per user? No. The number of accounts is unlimited and free — everyone in the organization can take part. You only pay for the number of people working in the software at the same time, through floating licenses. ### What are floating licenses? A floating license is a shared seat. Say you have 50 employees with an account, but at most 10 work in the platform at the same time. Then you need 10 floating licenses. When someone logs out, the seat immediately frees up for a colleague. A floating license also isn't tied to your own organization: you can share it with parties you work with. ### Why based on population?
